You’ve done a lot of work on yourself—so why does this still feel so hard?

You’re thoughtful. Self-aware. You’ve probably read the books, had the conversations, maybe even tried therapy before.

And still…
Your relationships feel more complicated than they should.
Communication breaks down in ways you can’t always explain.
You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or stuck in patterns you thought you had already outgrown.

Part of you is wondering:
“I should have this figured out by now.”
“Why is this still so hard?”

If that resonates, you’re not alone—and you’re not doing anything wrong.

About Me (And You)

What you actually want makes sense

You’re not asking for too much.

You want:

  • Clarity about who you are and what you need

  • Relationships that feel secure, mutual, and emotionally safe

  • A stronger sense of voice—being able to say what you need and trust yourself when you do

  • Intimacy that feels connected, not confusing or stressful

  • Tools that actually help you manage stress in your day-to-day life

Most of all, you want to feel aligned—within yourself and in your relationships.

This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding you

Many of the people I work with are used to being the one others rely on. You’re capable, successful, and used to figuring things out on your own.

But when it comes to relationships, intimacy, or even your own internal world, things can feel… less clear.

You might be navigating:

  • Relationships where communication keeps breaking down

  • Challenges with intimacy—emotional, physical, or both

  • The complexity of polyamory or non-traditional relationship structures

  • Anxiety that shows up as overthinking, rumination, or shutdown

  • A quiet undercurrent of shame that’s hard to name but hard to ignore

And on top of that, you may have had experiences where you felt misunderstood—especially in spaces that were supposed to help.

Where you had to explain your identity.
Where the focus stayed on labels instead of your actual lived experience.
Where it just didn’t go deep enough to create real change.

That’s exhausting.

My role in that process

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor currently under supervision for sex therapy certification, with 8 years of experience working with communities existing within the margins.

I created this practice to support people who have been shamed, overlooked, or misunderstood because of who they are and to offer a space where you don’t have to shrink or over-explain yourself to be supported.

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and realistic.

In our work together, I won’t just sit back and nod—but I also won’t push you faster than you’re ready to go. We’ll have real conversations, connect patterns, and build tools that actually fit your life.

This is a space where your full identity is understood as part of the work—not a barrier to it.

You don’t have to keep doing this on your own

If you’re ready for therapy that feels both supportive and effective—where you can go deeper, feel understood, and actually see change—I’d love to work with you.
